Ankita Ankita

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Ankita initially aspired to pursue a healthcare career and enrolled in nursing school. However, during her second year of college, she decided to transition to the field of massage therapy. This shift was driven by her profound interest and extensive knowledge of the human body, coupled with a passion for exercise and healthy living. She completed the Advanced Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College Hamilton, obtaining registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Her training encompasses various massage techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization techniques, lymphatic drainage, and remedial exercise therapy. Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor of Health Science to further enhance her understanding of human anatomy and refine her skills as a therapist.

With over six years of experience in the healthcare industry, she is dedicated to leveraging her expertise as a massage therapist to help people achieve better quality and functioning in everyday life or during their competition career to improve performance, prevent injuries, and rehabilitate from injuries.
