You will receive a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan.

Physiotherapy treatment includes one-on-one (Patient with Physiotherapist), exercise prescription and education as appropriate for the individual. Education is an important aspect of our approach to modify your activities and prevent re-occurrence.

Registered Massage Therapy treatment includes soft-tissue and joint mobilization techniques as well as some education to make sure the benefits of your Massage treatment follows you home!

Chiropody (specialized foot care) treatment can vary depending on the individual. After a thorough assessment an individualized foot and nail care treatment plan will discussed with you by the Chiropodist.

Acupuncture treatment involves the use of fine, sterile needles to help relieve pain, improve circulation, and restore balance within the body. Following a thorough assessment, a personalized acupuncture treatment plan will be provided to address your specific needs.

Osteopathy treatment focuses on using gentle, hands-on manual techniques to restore movement, ease tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes. An individualized treatment plan will be created after a detailed assessment to help you achieve optimal well-being.
