The team at Oakville’s Palermo Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre is excited to welcome Chiropodist Nasim Rezania to the team!
Nasim is a Registered Chiropodist (Foot Specialist) with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario, The Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine (CFPM), and the Ontario Society of Chiropodists (OSC). Nasim has always been interested in the health and wellness field. She received her Bachelor of Science in Speech & Language Pathology from Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Iran.
She attended the Michener Institute of Education by UHN where she completed her post-graduate studies in Chiropody. She is passionate to make a difference in patients’ lives by keeping them mobile and pain free.
Nasim enjoys practicing within the full scope of practice that being a Chiropodist allows. She has a passion for helping maintain and increase a persons quality of lives.
As a Chiropodist Nasim assesses and treats such things as:

- Ingrown toenails
- Discoloured toenails
- Foot and toenail fungus (athletes foot)
- Thickened toenails
- Warts
- Corns
- Calluses
- Cracked toenails
- Cracked heels
- Painful arches
- Offloading and protecting painful joints in osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis with footwear and custom orthotics
- Flat feet
- High arches
- Foot and toenail care for those who cannot reach their feet or have dexterity issues
