Priyanka Narula

Registered Physiotherapist MScPT

Priyanka Narula is a Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and a member of both the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and the Ontario Physiotherapy Association.

Since beginning her practice in Canada in 2021, Priyanka has brought a wealth of international experience to her patients. Prior to moving to Canada, she worked for over 11 years in physiotherapy, including eight years in Dubai, UAE and three years in New Delhi, India. Her experience includes acute rehabilitation as well as outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.

Priyanka takes a personalized, patient-centered approach to care. She combines active rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise with hands-on manual therapy, myofascial release, patient education and biomechanical assessment to better understand the underlying cause of a patient’s concerns. Depending on individual needs, she may also incorporate dry needling, cupping, medical taping and Mulligan mobilization techniques into treatment. She is also trained in vestibular rehabilitation.

Her areas of clinical interest include sports injuries, arthritis, neck, back and shoulder pain, postural dysfunction and a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.

Priyanka believes that physiotherapy extends beyond the treatment room. She works closely with each patient to provide practical guidance on posture, exercise, workplace ergonomics and everyday lifestyle habits, helping them build healthier movement patterns and reduce the risk of recurring pain or injury.

What she enjoys most about physiotherapy is the opportunity to connect with people and support them throughout their recovery journey. Priyanka considers herself fortunate to be part of a profession that continues to inspire her and allows her to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients.

Her goal is simple: to listen, understand each patient’s individual needs and work together to help them move with greater confidence, comfort and independence.
