Jenn WilliamsJennifer is a certified yoga teacher currently teaching in Oakville and Burlington. She believes that yoga can be accessible for everyone, and that it can be a valuable tool for healing the body, mind and soul. Jennifer has experienced the amazing benefits of yoga and yoga therapy for herself after struggling with her own injuries. This led her down the path of wanting to help others with physical and/or mental conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, stress, chronic fatigue and many more that can all benefit from breath, movement and meditation.

Jennifer completed her RYT 200hr training with Power Yoga Canada in 2013 and has since gone on to study therapeutic yoga, completing Kinesiology of Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga Intensive and Calm,Steady Strong (yoga for cancer survivors) through Functional Synergy with Susi Hately. Jennifer believes in being a “forever student” and is always upgrading her skills and learning new modalities to bring into her sessions.
