Jasmine Rekhi

Registered Physiotherapist, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Jasmine is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and a member of Women’s Health division with Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Jasmine has worked in multiple settings across the GTA with orthopaedic, neurological and geriatric populations.

As her career as Physiotherapist has progressed Jasmine recognized that there was an under served pelvic health population and decided to further her education and experience in that direction. She has continued to pursue this special interest in Pelvic Floor rehabilitation and women’s health and has pursued courses to specialize in the latest evidence based therapeutic practices. Through this she has experienced great satisfaction in assisting women with their pre and post natal recovery, those with urinary incontinence, women with pelvic pain etc.

Jasmine believes in combination of manual therapy and exercise prescription to provide her patients with the best treatment outcomes.. She strongly believes in educating the patients and creating independence so the patient leaves therapy not only with a complete understanding of their diagnosis/movement dysfunction, but also with the knowledge of how to prevent a recurrence.

Physiotherapists tend to be lifelong learners, and Jasmine certainly is. She looks forward to continuing with courses in pelvic health physiotherapy in order to best help her patients.

When not at work, Jasmine enjoys hiking, cooking, yoga, reading and spending time with her family.
