Feet are an unbelievably intricate assembly of parts.
Each foot contains 26 bones, held together by hundreds of ligaments, tendons, and muscles.
The feet can be an overlooked part of the body, but their importance in gait and for the body above, is extraordinary.
The average adult puts over one million pounds of force on their feet per day. The structure and components of the feet allow for shock absorption and protection for the body above with each step.
With all the feet do, it is no wonder they cause discomfort and fatigue occasionally.
Your feet also play a crucial role in maintaining overall health and well being. It is important to give your feet the attention and preventative care they deserve.
