We encourage you to show yourself some self love today and everyday.
Self-Love may come in many forms:
- Sitting with a tea and reading
- Eating healthy and healing foods
- Spending a little time each day meditating
- Unplugging for a couple hours everyday to foster meaningful relationships with friends, partners, children and yourself. Being plugged in always sometimes prevents us from processing our own thought and feelings.
- Stretch – connect with your breath and body with stretches and gentle movements.
- Be in nature.
There are many ways to foster and nurture self care. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Doing your physio / yoga exercises that help support your goals that you have communicated to us and having a massage on a fairly regular basis are simple and small things.
